Gentle Shepherd Care is hiring compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
Important Requirements: Candidates must live in Charlotte or the surrounding areas and have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
Unlike traditional in-home caregiving jobs, where caregivers visit many different clients throughout the day, our employees typically work with the same 2–3 clients. This allows caregivers to build meaningful relationships and provide more personalized, consistent, and high-quality care.
